Moonriver, 31 Riverside, Martham, Norfolk, NR29 4RG  is available for rent every week of the year, for short breaks or weeks, we accept pets.

The rental charge is per week for Moonriver self catering cottage and is not dependent upon the number of occupants

We also take Part Week bookings during the Low Season or at any time of year if it is a late booking. 

The price for a Part Week is 1/7th of the weekly rate, times the number of nights of your stay, plus £35 to contribute to our additional cleaning costs.  An example of this is when a week costs £210 and you only want 3 nights, £210  divide by 7 = £30 per night x 3 nights = £90 + £35 extra cleaning = Total £125 for 3 nights

Linen

Please supply your own linen, i.e. duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels, etc.

One King Size and three single duvets and eight pillows are provided, together with cooking equipment, cooker, TV, video, microwave, toaster, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery, etc.  Our visitors tell us that the Kitchen, etc is as well equipped as their own home.

Provisional bookings

Provisional bookings can be made at any time.

Any deposit paid will be returned if Moonriver, 31 Riverside, Martham, Norfolk, NR29 4RG is unavailable.

Pets

Yes, we do accept well behaved pets but any damages will be charged for. 

£3 per pet per day.

Smoking

For the comfort of others we ask visitors not to smoke inside the holiday cottage.  Please note that the holiday cottage is made from wood so a cigarette is a fire risk to you and others.

Access

Via a concrete path 50 yards from the car park, the path does not have any lights so you will need a torch & wellington boots.

Change over

It may be taken over from 3pm, or later, on the Saturday of arrival, but must be vacated in a clean condition by 10am on the Saturday of departure.  Details of how to get there (map) are on the Map page, collection of keys, etc, will be sent to you with your receipt when you return your Booking Form.

A non-returnable booking deposit of £75 per week is required.  This is of course, deducted from the balance that is payable at the latest two months before arrival.  On receipt of your Booking Form and Deposit we will immediately confirm your booking.

We also offer late "Part Week" bookings at any time of the year, and "Part Week" bookings during the low season, i.e. not during school holidays.

Electricity

We charge the same as Eastern Electricity via a £1 coin meter.  Please ensure that your coins are not sticky or damaged or they will jam the meter.  The walls, roof space and under floor areas are all fully insulated with the best insulation foam available..
